      Telephone Interviewer Interview

      18 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Network Research (London, England) in Jul 2016

      Interview

Applied online. Got a call back a few days later for a short telephone interview. This wasn't really an interview, he just asked how I found out about the place and then told me how the shifts work. I was then invited to a face-to-face interview, which again, wasn't really an interview, was more of a chat.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What is market research? How would you persuade someone to do a survey with you? What qualities are needed for a telephone interviewer?

      Telephone Interviewer Interview

      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Network Research (London, England) in Apr 2015

      Interview

Pretty simple interview, basic questions he was reading straight off a form, wasn't massively interested in my answers, I was pretty confident I was in there. Mostly about customer rapport and interaction etc. Then a test call in which the interviewer pretends to be a client. There were technical hitches during this but they were pretty chilled out about it. Whilst I was waiting for my interview viewed a conveyor belt of other applicants going in and out so this calmed me down a bit.

      Question 1

      How do you define "rapport"?
