First step phone screen, second step was an interview with hiring manager who then passed me on to the leader they reported up to, who then passed me over to another of the hiring managers associates. Received same day decision and accepted offer.

Interview
It was quick. Two phone interviews and then in person half day. They were eager to interview and hire. Also, they have high attrition and too much work is what I found out later.
