Spoke with the branch manager first. Simple interview if you have had prior sales experience. Met with the VP for a second interview and got the job. If you have prior production discuss your strengths.

Quick, easy. Had an initial interview with management followed by an interview with a member of the regional sales team.
They were looking for an immediate hire to support a current team member so I started very quickly after the second interview.

Very casual. Quick phone interview and casual meeting. Looked at previous W2's and pay stubs to verify sales numbers. Make sure you have the full application and work history at interview. Present yourself as a pro. They will not consider you as a Senior unless you have 4 licenses already.
