Multiple rounds including phone screen, hiring manager, on-site panel of 3, and director level. Took about 2 months to get through all rounds but TA was very communicative and helpful along the way.
It was a swift process, despite requiring 3 interviews they were conducted within a few weeks. The only negative was the final interview was on-site - I lived 4 hours away and was planning to relocate, would’ve had to give up an entire day plus holiday to conduct the interview. Didn’t go through with final interview

Question 1
Coming from a management role (of people) how would you feel reporting into someone?
Phone interview, interview with the person you’d report to, interview with other team members, interview with directors and others. Nothing too rigorous. Though it was probably 4 or 5 interviews in the entire process.
