Asked about my background, interests and what I may potentially bring to the company. It was informal which made me feel comfortable. Questioned on what sports marketing could look like and what marketing in sports means to me
Two Zoom interviews then one last in person presentation. They asked questions about sport, football, marketing more like a discussion. Nice people and friendly atmosphere. Just a long process that needs commitment.

10 minute presentation of six footballers you would sign to NB
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New Balance (New York, NY) in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied online and got in contact with the HR manager. After some confirmation emails/phone calls with HR manager, I had a one on one Phone interview with the design director to confirm the role expectations. From there it was a matter on confirming the schedule, coordinating temporary housing and purchasing plane tickets.
