I contacted them via stack overflow with my CV. They replied with an exercise. I completed the exercise in the same day and got an email response from them on the next week. The next step was a skype interview. This was a very relaxed conversation and I was invited to go to there offices and spend half day there. On site I was asked to do a pair programing exercise and other interview by two managers. Overall, very relaxed environment.
