The person interviewing me was very personable. The company seems very small. The interviewer asked me questions about my experience working with vulnerable adults, terminal brain injuries and any other related scenarios.

Very short and easy, not as intense as most interviews are. Will pretty much hire anyone it seems like. I interviewed with one person and it was very laid back. She asked a few questions and then offered a position.
