30 minutes and they ask you some case studies on how you'd work with kids which you'd have to answer. They get back to you within one week and the questions were pretty straightforward like whar are your weaknesses?
I applied online. I interviewed at New Country Day Camp in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied online and heard back in an email pretty quickly. Someone called me and asked me a few basic questions about my experience. I was offered the job in an email right after the call.

Question 1
What is your experience working with kids with disabilities?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at New Country Day Camp (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
We waited in the lobby for a 6:00 interview and the interviewers Rory Michelle and Gadi came to greet us. It was a group interview so no question was too pressuring. There were seven girls and the interview was an hour and a half.

Question 1
What do you want to have achieved by the end of the summer?
We got up in a circle and they gave us a scenario: we arrived with the campers to our next activity 5 or 10 minutes early. What game would you play with them to keep them occupied?
They also gave us scenarios and asked us what we would do in those situations: "what would we do if a child doesn't want to pay attention during a certain activity or is acting out?" or "what would you do if a boy is taunting another boy and saying he shouldn't do gymnastics because it's a 'girl sport?'"
