2 interviews one is preliminary second one is more final. typically get asked to go to a networking type interview event to met with many people. I suggest to talk and gain rapport with as many people as possible.

Very easy process, very friendly staff, they want to get to know you as a person. I was recruiter by an employee from my resume posted on a job finder site. I have been to 2 interviews awaiting my third and have met with various people on the staff. There was a great sense of community among the staff. Everyone is very friendly to each other.
