It took months to go through this process with them and that seems to be the average amount of time for people to get hired or told they are not being considered. It was mostly standard interview questions and they tell you a lot about the organization during the time, but it helps to do your research first.

They ask about experience with TAY, boundaries, facilitating classes, building relationships with youth and with businesses, all of their core values including faith, how to handle difficult situations, communication styles, weaknesses and strengths.
