      Technical Customer Service Supervisor Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New Matter (Pasadena, CA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

      After submitting my resume online I had two phone interviews with the Director of Operations. During the phone interviews we covered my background, the verticals I worked in, my love of technology and industry knowledge. I was then invited in for a three hour interview on site. During the three hour interview I spent 30 minutes with various members of the leadership team all the way up to the CEO. Each leader asked me questions about working in conjunction with their department.
