I applied online. I interviewed at New Roads School in Feb 2022
Interview
Strange. Zoom interview with a couple folks. Felt very impersonal and cold. They did not try to build rapport or get to know me. Prior to this interview, I had to submit a writing sample of a previously written document. Ghosted after, they did not follow up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle conflict? What do you lean on when faced with conflict - intuition, theory, or policy? Why do you want to move across the country to work here? Tell me a story about a student you have worked with? Why do you enjoy working with high schoolers? How do you communicate with faculty?
