Interview
My interview was done at the height of the pandemic, so it was done virtually with mostly questions about myself and work history. It was like having a casual conversation of getting to know one another.
First interview is with GM and is more informational. Second interview is on the field with the acquisitions team where you ride along with a team member to a property.
