I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at New York Life (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Long. It’s a 5-6 interview process and took almost 3 months to complete interview and contracting process even if you are already licensed. It’s a tad confusing too. A lot of tasks they’d like you to complete before you’re even hired for no pay. Make you feel bad if you still have another job
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2026
Interview
Did a phone interview, vague on offering to try and get you in the door for a F2F. Skeptical towards moving forward due to lack of upfront information and information found online for the fast track to management position.
Super easy interview process that focuses more on you asking questions rather than getting interviewed. If you want this job make sure you spend time asking questions about the company and learning more about the role. Also just realize.

Initial meeting is to understand the prospective hire and meet the recruiting team and other principals. Second meeting is with CEO to get a marketing study completed along with some company history.
