Group interviews, straight forward and easy. Had a few individual interviews but they were more conversational. They seemed to talk more about themselves rather than worrying about the candidate. Realized what I got myself into but it was too late and I could not find another internship opportunity.

The interview process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The commission structure is 100%, with no base which did not work for me. Office was nice. Opted to interview for another role.

It is super nice and straightforward, no hard behavior questions. and they genuinely want to learn about you instead of trying to test your bs skills. Be yourself and be truly excited about the company.
