After interacting with the recruiter and members of the team, I have concluded that the Times may have a strong Employer Brand but a lousy Employee Value Proposition - so I would be wary. Beyond that, the interview process was disorganized - with last minute adjustments, misinformation from the recruiting team, and slow responses from the recruiting team. I walked away feeling as though my time had been disrespected and wasted. I found some of my interviewers to be unprofessional.
Seven rounds meeting upper management and understanding what they do within the company. Which was a good sign I understand how everyone works and maneuver. Do not hesitate to ask questions.
