I interviewed with NY Times for a remote position. The interview spanned for 4 and half hours. I talked to 4 different set of folks . Technical interview involved coding test and system design. Non-technical test involved assessment on learning, collaborating with co-workers, conflict resolution, teaching, mentoring etc.
