There was one main interviewer, a department manager, who I spoke to one-on-one for about 30 minutes. Asked basic interview questions about my past internship experiences and why I wanted to work at The Times. Then four more people from the Communications department each briefly interviewed me (one at a time). I wasn't expecting that, but the department is small and it ended up being a nice experience. Their questions were mostly about my background. No scenario/problem-solving questions. Finally I was introduced to the head of the department who also asked a bit about my background. I was called the next day and offered a position.
