they call you twice for phone interview. Then, they email me to have me meet with the recruiter. The final interview was with the unit manager. Then you have to fill out a stack of paper work.

explain to me how you handle one of your most challenging day
I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.
