I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Newell Brands (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2017
Interview
In December 2016 I did a first round phone interview with someone from HR. We went through my resume and talked about my interests and past experiences. At the end of the phone call, I was invited to attend a super day in mid-January hosted at the Atlanta location (the company's previous HQ). The super day was pretty relaxed. There was a welcome dinner the night we arrived, then the next day each candidate went through 3 behavioral interviews each with a different current employee. They each asked different questions, but it was all centered around my resume/experiences. Nothing out of the ordinary.
