Interview
Phone interview with basic behavioral questions went well, which led to a on site interview. The interview started at 8am and ended by 1pm, of which consisted of first a presentation on the company and light breakfast. Then groups split up, some went to tour the test facilities, some did interviews. The interviews also were basic S.T.A.R. behavioral questions. There were 2 rounds with 2 different people on the team you were being hired for. They finished with some box lunches and a young employee Q&A seminar. Overall no technical questions, pretty simple.

There were multiple 1:1 interviews that took place during the time slot. The questions were STAR based (situation, task, action, result). Had a sheet of paper that had list of questions on each page. One question from each page was asked by each interviewer.
