The interview process was clear with your typical phone screening. They want to assess what you know about the position and if your background fits the needs of the position. The in person interview assessed how you processed information, how you're organized, and what you know about insurance. The interviewer allows you time to assess the situation before you explain yourself.

I had a phone interview, the recruiter said he was going to schedule me with the manager the following week and he never did. I filled up twice via email and no response. I think it is very unprofessional to literally say “I would like to schedule you for the next interview next week” and never respond. Anyways the insurance sucks if you have a family.
