I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Newmark in May 2015
Interview
Was called for an interview almost immediately after I applied through LinkedIn. Interview process was pleasant. After the fact, received no call back if they were interested or not. Called them to see if they had any news and never received a response. If they don't have the decency to at least tell a prospect they are not interested, how must they treat current employees?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newmark (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2021
Interview
This was a Zoom interview - the position was located in Toronto but my interviewer was based in Vancouver. The interview went well and felt like a good conversation. I was then asked to have an “informal chat” with a couple other members of the team two days later - also went well, I thought. Then I got completely ghosted. Interviewer told me she would be in touch in the next week, then I heard nothing. Sent an additional followup, no reply to that either. Totally unprofessional (though unfortunately increasingly common) behavior. Hope they see this and make sure not to do it to someone else in the future - job hunting is hard enough without being disrespected like that.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Newmark in Aug 2019
Interview
My staffing company sent me to the interview. They prepped me beforehand with information about the company and position. I went in, interviewed for thirty minutes and then left. The next day they offered me the job.
