Newport Academy interview questions

I had three interviews and then was asked to do an assignment, a very lengthy assignment, which was basically free consulting work. I was hesitant when I was asked to complete this and was assured by the hiring manager and recruiter that this is the final step. Once the strategy assignment was complete Newport Academy went into a different direction. Avoid free consulting. I would not recommend this company. They take advantage of serious applicants.

Quick and to the point, answered a series of 10-12 questions between two people on Teams and was told that Hr would reach out after, only to not hear back for many weeks. Long background check as well due to being out of state.
