They give you a piece of paper and put you on a computer to take a test witch includes requirements like sorting algorithms. After they corrected the test, if they are satisfied they make you an offer.

There is only one interview which involes writing a simple program in C or Objective C or C++ or Java . You also have to tell on which positions you prefer to be hired,between Graphical Designer working in 3DS Studio or software developer working in Unity 3, but they are the last to decide your position.
