There was an initial phone interview with a recruiter. Then a 1 on 1 with that recruiter. I was then interviewed by upper management as a group. The process was easy, comfortable and not stressful at all as some interviews sometimes are . They asked their questions I answered them to the best of my ability. I was honest about my abilities and inabilities.
