I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NexHealth in Jun 2021
Interview
Extremely unprofessional, and poorly communicated. The company does not value the time of the applicants and is not transparent at all within the process.
If simple intrviews are a struggle, I don't even want to imagine how the company functions

Question 1
Brief overview of experience and interest in the company
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NexHealth (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
Hiring Process
1) Initial Phone interview
2) 2.5hr In-person interview
I was approached by NexHealth through AngelList and had a phone interview with the CEO, CTO and a Developer. The interviewers weren't adequately prepared, their conference number wasn't working correctly and they couldn't hear me due to their bad reception. The interview was completely one sided as the CEO, CTO and Developer asked me multiple questions regarding what I currently do and where I've worked. The interviewers never explained the hiring process, the role, the culture, the company, or compensation range. I had to specifically state that I had questions regarding the role and company as they were about to end the phone conversation.
When I was asked, through email, to schedule time for a 2.5hr in-person interview I emailed the company regarding questions I had concerning compensation. I didn't want to spend 2.5 hrs interviewing and find out that the compensation didn't meet my expectation or getting my 3 references prepared for an undesirable position. As such, the CEO emailed me the compensation information and told me I no longer qualified for the position in an unprofessional manner. "The salary range is between $100K-$150K with .25-2% equity. But you shouldn't come in either way." -CEO
