It went very quickly and was an enjoyable experience. I felt very welcomed and informed. They answered any questions I had and didn't ask too tough of questions. It felt like being a part of the team and seeing if I could be a good fit.

Pleasant and professional experience. Streamlined process, initial phone screen with HR, followed by 10 question phone interview, with final candidates interviewing with hiring managers (30 minutes). Questions were direct and relevant to the job posting. What would make it even more pleasant is if final candidates had an opportunity to receive feedback. Such as having the managers fill a closed ended short survey that can help candidates make a better impression next time.
