Nextep interview questions

Was contacted by them via linkedin, had an interview with one of their recruiters for a job in Salt Lake that went very well. I was told I would have a follow-up interview in a few days and what that would look like. After the initial call interviewer ghosted me and didn't respond when I reached out, even though she told me to text her with any questions or if I wanted the process to move quicker. Overall, a pretty bizarre experience.

I was approached by a talent acquisition specialist via LinkedIn. The interview process was really smooth and actually pretty fun! There’s were three interviews. The first was an initial phone screening, then an in person interview with the director supervisor, and lastly, there was an in person interview with upper management/leadership.
