The first interview was with the recruiter and they got to know you and you got to ask questions about the company. This was also after taking an online assessment. After the interview with the recruited I was invited in for an in-person interview that consisted of two 45-minute interviews with a set of people. The first 45-minute interview was with the people in the team, lead and one other person. This is more of a behavioral interview with some technical questions. The second one was with two people in leadership - this one was also a behavioral interview to make sure you will fit in with the team and you also go over how you did in the assessment. Overall the interview process was great, the people are amazing and the company as a whole seems great.
