I am not even going through with an interview if granted one. In what world does an Associate General Counsel report to an Assistant General Counsel? (Answer: nowhere). And they're looking for someone with a broad range of experience - shouldn't that be the General Counsel? Doing my research on the leadership of the company, none came to the company with pharma experience - they are children of the founders. And of the leadership, it appears that only the VPs in R&D and Sales have pharma experience. This also looks like the EVP's first job! On top of all that, I read about the history of their multi-million dollar manufacturing facility that never produced anything and they just sold to Eli Lilly. What's going on with this company? RED FLAGS everywhere. Sounds like a cluster.
