Had a pleasure interviewing with highly technical folks including the management. 1 HR screening and 3 rounds of technical interviews including a higher leadership. And required to provide professional references.

The interviewer presented the company as a mixture of 7-8 companies, and in that sense the interview was reflecting. The process seemed to mirror the company’s lack of organization. Unclear, incoherent and confusing. No way such an interview can reflect my capabilities as a software developer. Mess-XEN.
Completed a technical screening online and prepared for an onsite interview this morning. Received an email while I was preparing to leave that they had filled the position and cancelled my interview. Very disrespectful to wait to inform me. If you knew before the start of the business day you weren't going to interview, you should have told me.
