It was ok 15 minute are you okay with working in the field / ok you already have your FE discussion for them to be interested, I was not interested in working in the field though so i declined.

Personality 101 questions, maybe a few questions that indicate how you might think but nothing deep friendly though
I applied online. About three weeks later I was contacted to have an initial phone screen interview with a HR representative. The conversation was only about 15 minutes, and overall not difficult at all.
