Nick's Restaurant interview questions

You'll meet most of upper management, they are very hands on. No visible tattoos or piercings. It helps to have your hair pulled back, neat with no fly aways in you're a women. Men cannot have facial hair unless its neat and groom. No beards!

The interview is a 3 process interview. The last one is a panel interview. It took almost 2 months from the time I applied to actually getting hired. Not very organized on having interviews often. The first two interviews are with whichever managers are on duty. Decently thorough but they are more interested in knowing if you are going to work hard and not ever leave the company.
