Interview
Standard interview process. You’ll get a zoom call or in-person interview with two people from one of the design teams. Know your skills and your strengths. They’ll most likely ask questions like why are you interested in working for the company and tell me about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nicole Hollis (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Nicole requested more work samples beyond my already stuffed portfolio and even more references than submitted. Then a couple more phone calls later she offered me a lower salary than requested which mean I would’ve gotten paid less than my former job. I get I’m not senior level but I’m certainly not under qualified. The process was belabored and bizarre and made me felt cross-examined and undermined. This Icky feeling made it easy to reject an offer that was eventually made.

Interview
The hiring process was incredibly fast, direct, and thorough. I appreciated the quick responses, feedback, and flexibility, and found everyone I interacted with throughout all phases of the interview process to be professional and knowledgable.
