I first received a phone screening shortly after applying. Next I was invited to an in person interview with two gentlemen, one was a senior credit analyst/underwriting manager and the other was a vice president/loan review manager. They asked typical questions about my education and work experiences as well as some behavioral questions. After the first in person interview, I was invited back for a second in person interview with an executive vice president/chief credit officer. This interview was much of the same as the first except maybe a little more about getting to know me as a person and seeing if I am truly the right fit for the position.

Straight forward, not anything hard. They will teach you everything on the job so it’s all about who you are and how you would fit the teams and culture. They want to know about your work ethic and what you’re interested in.
