The interview process includes an IQ and personality test which takes about 1 hour to complete. An HR person contacts you to set up an appointment for an in-person interview after you've submitted your results. The e-mail they send you will have an error in it somewhere and you are supposed to catch it and correct the hr employee in order to proceed with scheduling the interview. Typically, the error will be a weekday and number mismatch.
