Multiple rounds, many detailed mechanical engineers details tests. College style tests of mechanical engineering knowledge. Entrance exam more than interview. Recommend studying mechanical engineering textbook sample tests before interview. Otherwise standard interview process.

The phone screen about took 30 mins, I just follow the link that they provide to talk with their HR. They use MS meeting for the interview, or you can just dial their phone number from their email.
