I was interviewed by about a half-dozen people on the QA team, only the last interviewer actually asked me any questions pertinent to testing products. One just talked about personalities and how he navigates them, only asking me a couple of very basic questions about my current job. One spent almost all of the time slot raving and cheerleading about what a great company Nimble is. I expected to be probed about my job qualifications but very little of the time was spent exploring them.
