Terrible, interrogation style of "interview". The interviewee was the Marketing Ops lead and every question she asked was long winded and then "and provide an example." There wasn't a conversation, it was just her interrogating and trying to make me slip up. When I did make a mistake because I was quite frankly exhausted by her terrible approach (this was an hour long first round interview), I said the wrong thing, completely blanking. She caught it and repeated my answer back to me slowly in a mocking tone. She was completely unprofessional and looking to wear me down, no interest in getting to know me or let us have a two-way conversation, and then she was actually gleeful when I finally did make a mistake. She was condescending and full of derision, I would have hated working with her so thankfully that's never going to happen.
The recruiter hour-long zoom call was also a red flag, a screen should not be that long and then he had a follow-up phone call to tell me how invasive, long, and redundant the interview process would be. The recruiter was actually nice but he and the marketing ops lead I interviewed with have definitely drunk the company koolaid. They both were obsessed with the company values, kept talking about rocks and milestones, like it was getting cult-like. It's just a software company, there's thousands other identical offerings, it was too intense in a very off-putting way.
