I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nintex in Sept 2025
Interview
Offer rescinded days before start date due to restructuring. The interview process was structured and efficient, involving multiple stages from the recruiter to the Head of Sales. The questions were relevant on CS experience and process management. All interviewers were kind, polite and easy going. My experience post-offer was unpleasant. After accepting the offer and resigning from my previous role, my start date was postponed to 1.5 months due to "global restructuring". I signed a revised offer letter for the new date, only to have the offer rescinded entirely few days before I was set to join.
Because I had already resigned from my previous position to join Nintex, this left me without employment or income.
