I had three rounds one technical one managerial and an hr discussion. I had discussed my current CTC to the HR before the interviews but after getting selected i was offered 2 Lakhs below my current CTC stating that number of hops in my career was high, these were the data available before the interviews. Really unprofessional . Why waste both parties time if you don't have the budget. According to my experience they don't have enough budget to accommodate you if you are earning pretty good.
