Pretty straightforward - a screen, a take-home, and a demo. Very comparable to the actual role. Folks seem to want you to succeed and offer you chances to try again.

Question 1
How would you respond to a teacher who did not like to use technology?
Gave me a take-home test that took me several hours. They told me to time box it but we all know how that goes. They then told me I was not a good fit for the job and I'm convinced all they did was steal my work.

Tell me about a time you failed, and how you handled it.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NoRedInk (Denver, CO) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process was very clear cut. I was sent a task with at least a week and half to explore and then demonstrated my knowledge in the interview. The process during the interview was not overwhelming or scary because I was given time to talk about my processes and then show case them in a demo.
