Noble Capital interview questions

A big waste of time interviewing here. Some nice people but the company did not seem to know what they wanted and communication was not good. Why bother interviewing someone, twice, if you're not going to pay the salary the candidate stated they were looking for? Also seemed like the CEO was the only one allowed to make any decisions.
