Pretty straight forward- meet with admin and a panel of teachers-gen ed, from the team, special ed and an instructional coach. They ask pretty standard questions about teaching, your experiences, and background.

Interview
After you receive the initial phone call there was one in person interview with Vice Principal and Department Chair. Then an interview with assistant super intendant which is basically a formality at that point.
