Nobu Hospitality interview questions

Short and simple. It was easier than I anticipated in my head. Prep for regular questions. I got there, I sat with the manager, they said HR would call and they did.

Group interview, very strange questions. Asked about wine knowledge and had several people go around the table and share specs of different drink recipes. Most people did not answer correctly, or told specs of common drinks that I had never heard before.
