Simple interview process..I applied through online..they called me in phone first..then they asked me to come to their factory.. I was interviewed by senior members..the interview process was around just 2 hours.. I entered the interview room around 11 AM and came out at 1 PM.. they gave my appointment order next day through post.

Question 1
The questions were raised about basic programming questions.. they asked me to tell about my previous work experience..
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

Interview
highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
