Interview
Got the job through employee referral. The first part of the selection process is a couple of tests. The logical reasoning test and questions about testing and bug tracking are compulsory. After these the candidate is asked to choose at least one from a set of programming-related tests (Java, Python, Web, C++, etc.). It takes about 2 hours.
The second stage is an in-person interview. The interviewer asks who you are, what are main interests are and similar questions. Then you are asked to solve some mathematical and algorithm-related problems on a flip chart. Your English skills are tested as well (supposing that you live in a non-English speaking country).
After a few years, the recruiter notifies you via email or phone. You might get to work with a different programming language than what you initially applied for.
The interview was engaging and professional. I appreciated learning more about the role, team expectations, and company culture while sharing my experience, technical background, and interest in contributing meaningfully. It is smooth and good learning experience, work life balance is good . There work in agile methodologies and hybrid methodologies . There used latest technologies. 3 rounds of technical interview are conducted

They had 2 rounds , both rounds are technical and diculty is medium . They will ask you to write code. Coding questions are basic DSA . I was interviewed on Golang and kubernetes
