Process was completed in one day, 2 technical rounds, one manager round and finally hr discussion. Technical rounds took around one hours each and half an hour manager round and half an hour hr. Offer released in 15 days.

Applied for the software development role in the IP division. 2 rounds. First an online C coding challenge about inserting in a BST. Next round was an online in-depth technical interview. Topics: ARP, how a router works, hash functions & collisions, run time, Trees. They ask in details about the possible downsides of certain approaches.

Nokia is very unprofessional in their interview process. They lie to their candidates about the work. Even the interns selected are not given the promised pay. The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional.
