Neither the manager nor the Principal Architect had a thorough understanding of Java rookie questions and mistakes. Also, if the manager doesn't read the CV, I don't know how it is possible, he must have a little respect for the interviewer. The team consists of only ten members. I am not sure how they are able to work in project without using Spring Framework 😌 (they have their own framework😀). In comparison with the market, the wages that they offer are too low. Additionally, they want to be able to write Python and Java to be a full-stack, at a minimum wage.

Question 1
Using Intellij, they provide me with an algorithm to solve. Also they provide me a code to tell what it prints like I was the compiler. In spite of passing the algorithm and all the questions, I did not receive an offer, and to be honest, with the offered wages, I would have passed.

Interview process was simple , asked me a few questions on telecom and java . Interviewers were distracted and did not look interested . They were asking basic Java questions .
